Water damage extraction. Fast, because hours matter with water.
Water that sits in carpet for more than 48 hours grows mold. The fix is fast extraction, strategic drying, and dehumidification — in that order. We keep truck-mounted extraction, commercial air movers, and dehumidifiers ready to deploy same-day across San Diego County. Clean water, gray water, or black water — each gets a different protocol and we'll tell you which yours is.

What do homeowners ask about Water Damage?
How fast can you get here?
2–4 hours for most of SD County during the day, 4–6 overnight. Water is time-sensitive — the difference between 4 hours and 24 hours can be the difference between drying the carpet in place and replacing the pad. Call first; we'll dispatch while you're on the phone.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We document everything — thermal imaging, moisture readings, scope of work, daily logs — in a format insurance adjusters expect. We don't bill your insurance directly; we bill you and give you a complete packet to submit. Most homeowners policies cover sudden water damage; gradual leaks are often excluded.
Can the carpet be saved or does it need to be replaced?
Clean water (category 1) and fast response — usually saved. Gray water (category 2, from dishwashers or washing machines) and slow response — carpet often saved, pad usually replaced. Black water (category 3, sewage or flood from outside) — carpet must be removed by code.
How long does structural drying take?
3–5 days for most residential water losses. Moisture meter readings need to return to baseline before we pull the equipment. We visit daily to check readings and adjust the drying layout.

Homeowners who hired us for this
Truck-mount made a night-and-day difference vs. the rental machine I had been using. Carpet looked brighter, dried in 4 hours, and no soapy feel underfoot. Clear price up front. Booked them again for October.
Inherited a house with a cat-urine problem. Other cleaners said surface clean only — these guys did UV inspection, found spots we didn't know about, replaced pad in the worst room. Smell is actually gone. A year later, still gone.
Had a hand-knotted Persian rug my grandmother gave us. Every other cleaner wanted to extract in place — they picked it up, did an in-plant wash, delivered it back in 5 days. Fringe looks new, colors look brighter. Careful work.
