We can, but most of our commercial clients prefer after-hours to avoid disrupting customers and employees. Overnight, early morning, and weekends are priced the same. Daytime is only awkward if you're a restaurant during lunch or a retail floor during Black Friday.
What is encapsulation cleaning and when do you use it?
Encapsulation is a low-moisture method where a crystallizing polymer is worked into the carpet with a rotary brush, then vacuumed out. It dries in 30 minutes, making it the only method that works when the space can't be closed. Great for hallways, hotel corridors, and offices that reopen at 6 AM. We use hot-water extraction for deeper restoration cleans.
Can you handle large facilities?
Yes — up to 50,000 sq ft in a single visit with our crew and multiple truck mounts. Larger projects we split across two nights. We handle office buildings, medical offices, schools, churches, fitness clubs, and hotels.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes. $2M general liability + $1M auto + workers comp. We can add your property manager and building owner as certificate holders. COI within 24 hours of request.
