What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to book service.

Calls are recorded

Calls to our number are answered by a recorded line. A recording notice plays before the message begins, then your message is recorded and transcribed so we can return the call and pass your request to a local pro. California is an all-party consent state, so that notice plays on every call. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form or email instead.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, arrange service, and send any follow-up related to the work you booked. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to complete the service (for example, the local crew matched to your job).

Analytics

We use basic web analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Analytics cookies record aggregate data and do not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@carpetprossd.com.

Call buttons

When you tap a call button on this site we record an anonymous count of that tap, noting only which page it came from and the time. This sets no cookie, stores no IP address, and contains nothing that identifies you. We use it only to tell which of our sites a phone call came from, since several of our sites share one phone number.
