We pick up and deliver on a scheduled appointment, document the condition of the rug in writing before transport, and insure in transit. Turnaround is typically 7-14 days. On-site cleaning is the wrong approach under any circumstance.

For most RSF estates the working pattern is twice-yearly full-house extraction (spring and fall) with quarterly maintenance on high-traffic runs (stair runners, entryway runs, the main hallways). Equestrian-property homes do better on quarterly maintenance for the entryway-and-mudroom runs because of the daily tracked-in barn dust and arena sand. Rug inventory typically rotates through our plant on a 12-24 month cycle so high-value pieces get attention before they need restoration rather than after.

We arrive in unmarked or minimally-marked vehicles, work on managed access basis, and do not discuss client work with other clients or in any public context.
