What do I do with a fresh stain while I wait for you?

Blot (don't rub). Cold water on most spills (not hot — hot sets protein stains like blood and vomit). Work from the outside in. For red wine, salt. For blood, cold water and a drop of dish soap. For pet urine, absorb and cover with a damp towel to slow drying. Do not use grocery-store spotters — they often set stains.

Is the emergency charge high?

$199 minimum for a true emergency response, which covers travel and setup. Standard cleaning pricing applies to the work itself. Same-day scheduled work is billed at our normal rates — no "rush" premium if it's scheduled by 10 AM.

Do you handle sewage or black water?

Yes, with the proper protocols — sewage is category 3 water and requires special handling, containment, and often regulated disposal. Call us first; don't walk through it and don't let kids or pets near it.

Can you do a move-out clean by tomorrow morning?

Most of the time, yes, if you call before 4 PM the day before. Move-outs are common enough we hold late-afternoon slots for them. The cleaning invoice also makes a good receipt for your landlord or lease agreement.
