Will cleaning damage a memory foam or hybrid mattress?
Not with our equipment. The low-moisture tool releases just enough hot water for surface extraction and pulls it back immediately. The foam core never saturates. Saturating a memory foam mattress with DIY steam or a wet vacuum will void the warranty — so don't.
Does it kill dust mites?
Yes — heat plus extraction eliminates the mite population near the surface. UV-C pass adds a second layer for bacteria. For severe allergy cases, a second clean 60–90 days later breaks the remaining egg cycle.
How long until I can sleep on it again?
4 hours with AC and a fan running, 6–8 without. We recommend a clean day scheduling: we clean in the morning, you put fresh sheets on that night.
Can you remove old urine stains?
Yes, most of the time, for stains less than a year old. Set yellow staining (over 2 years) may lighten but not disappear. Smell can always be eliminated even if the discoloration remains — smell is the thing that matters for sleep quality.
